The remodeled hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast was good. The only issue, there was a wedding on the ground floor and I could hear the music in my second room. Highly recommend requesting a room on a higher floor for a weekend stay.

They have nicely remodeled the property since I've last stayed. The rooms are updated and refreshed. Very approachable staff and kept clean. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning on the ground floor hot and kept up.

Nice , friendly hotel. The lobby was just renovated, and looks great. The rooms are clean, and so is the rest of the hotel. I've stayed here a few times, and will continue to!

Room smelled and Front Desk clerk, P. Garcia, was absolutely rude and unprofessional in handling customer complaint. I stayed for 3 nights and at the check out, I was letting her know of the complaint about the room smell and she started questioning me why I did not bring it up on check in day but to bring up now? as if I have other motives. Also, the way she talks in throwing those questions, it was really rude and unprofessional. She did not apologize a single word and kept questioning and looking at me like I am crazy to even bring this up on check out. It made me feel really horrible and disgusted. This employee definitely needs training on handling customer complaint and have some manner toward customer. If she acts and keeps the same way, no one will return to the hotel and owner will be wondering why. I already complained to the corporate office and hopefully things will be better for the future customers.

Room was very clean and tidy. I got a Junior Suite and was very pleased with the size and windows available to look outside. I will definitely be staying here again with my family. Breakfast was very accommodating with the staff assisting me with any questions I had. Computers with printing are available in the lobby which is also a plus. Overall a good experience even though they are under construction.
